While the young man at the front desk offered friendly service, the experience of another guest who got scammed left a sour note. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, and the connection to a great Spanish restaurant for Taco Tuesday was a delight.

A Family with Children Disappointment

Was super disappointed with my stay, but gotta say, the staff was decent enough. They helped me switch rooms when I noticed the one I got had some nasty bugs. That part saved some grace for me.

Definitely not inexpensive but I expected more for the price.

the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the nearby attractions like Carowinds and Nighthawk made it easy to explore the area by foot, enjoying various landmarks and scenery along the way. as a single traveler, I appreciated the easy access to dining options just a short walk away, making this stay a really convenient experience, but the check-in process could use some improvement.

condition of the bathroom and overall cleanliness. I had to clean the tub myself. The only positive was the front desk staff who were courteous, but it didn’t make up for the room issues. I won't return.

I had a super chill time here. The staff was dope, always helping me out. Adam really stood out—such a nice dude. The place was clean and my king room had some nice vibes, except the wifi was kinda spotty. Oh, and they have a sick restaurant with taco Tuesdays! Definitely something to look forward to.
